Guadalupe Chavez, LLC, owned by Jim Long, has modified their plan down from 21 to 16 4000sf homes, each with a casita, on 9.2 acres at the corner of Guadalupe & Chavez. The developer will be selling plots, not building on them. This is a “pilot project” under the 2035 Master Plan.
